Work Tasks Game Design

4/24I fixed an issue with the level-up system so that it actually adds to the amount of defense health or attack1 hr This was a best practice because it required problem-solving to figure out why this was a problem in the first place.
4/25 I started building the credits screen of our game, including a way to get there from the menu1 hr This was a best practice because I didn’t use any tutorials to do this, I tried to do it based off my previous experience
 4/26 Finished making the buttons and individual scenes for the credits screen. The Credits are now completely ready for people to add to them 1 hr Im not sure how this was a best practice, I was just continuing where I left on the day before so by that logic it could be the same best practice.
 4/27 I added sound effects to all the buttons in the credits, however, I had a bug that only played the sound effects on the back button. 1 hr This was a best practice because I had to problem solve to figure out the issue, however I still don’t know why this is an issue and I can’t figure it out.
 4/28Since Aiden finished and published the combat system, I started working on the level up system, where it can make your stats better after each fight.  1 hr This is a best practice since there are not tutorials on this type of level up system that I could find, so I had to figure out what I was doing

Work Tasks School of Rocks

4/24We decided to play Halo On Fire but Double speed to get good at it. Then we went through our Bridge Song, for the concert this Friday (hopefully you can go to that)1 hr This is a best practice because we made the song harder for us to play, so that we could get better at it.
4/25 For most of the period, someone had stolen our practice room, so we practiced Halo on Fire since it was around the amount of time it would take for the beginning smart goal stuff to be done, and then Connor and I showed each other some things we had been doing for Game Design as well as some solo projects.1 hr I don’t think that there really was a best practice on this day, we weren’t really sure what to work on and so we didn’t do a whole lot.
 4/26 Since the room was stolen from us again, I worked on some solo songs, that I had been working on at home. And we practiced through Halo On Fire, since again that was the most amount of time that we had. 1 hr This was more of a best practice because I worked through some mixing problems with the bass and drums for one of my songs.
 4/27 Since again the room was stolen from us. I worked on some solo music, specifically one song that has both 4/4 time signatures and 5/4 times signatures going on at the same time.  1 hr This was a best practice because while I was working on this song, Grifin told me more about Garageband/Logic Pro so I got better at GarageBand
 4/28 We worked on Halo on Fire (it is are new warmup song now) then We worked on making the Pirates song (SMART GoAL) and actual cohesive song 1 hr This was a best practice because we collaborated together
